KINERASE beauty range (edited)
[Sponsored Review]
When do you think you should start using anti-aging products?
What do you think?
Initially, I thought the most appropriate age would be around 25-year-old since our metabolism will deteriorate and also lose collagen in our skin at that age. And how wrong could I be?
So last week, RynaQUE and I were at KINERASE event (Valerie from http://dweam.com/ was there too! She’s so charismatic in person~) and it was really thoughtful that they invited Dr. Sim Kwang Chuor from Aesthetic Works Medical Associates to give us a skin analysis and clear the myths and questions about skincare products, especially the anti-aging range.
So the question was “When do you think you should start using anti-aging products?”
*drum rolls*
AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!
The doctor actually recommends us to start around 15- to 16-year-old, which I was totally surprised about the young age!
But it actually makes sense, since we all have skin problems during puberty and you have to take extra care of your skin so that you will not look like the surface of orange skin.

KINERASE has a full range of products from cleanser, toner (I simply love the hydrating mist!), moisturizing cream/lotion, eye cream and C6 Peptide to tackle the problems of aging. Most importantly, KINERASE is specially designed for Asian skin types.
KINERASE is exclusively available at dermatologist and aesthetic clinics.
You can find out where (/which clinics) to get it at

I hope my nails ain’t going to rot with all the constant removing and putting on polishes. >”<
Mask-ing
[Beauty Review]
Oh yeah, I am on a blogging roll! Since I am all stressed up and my hormones ain’t in balance, I tend to get a little weird and here comes my recent beauty obsession other than doing my nails (yeah, they are kinda damaged with all the nail polish on and off so frequently). Hahahaha.
I was never really a fan of masks until my room started to have piles of mask samples given by friends and freebies (when I buy beauty products).
My favourite is still The Face Shop’s Real Nature Aloe Vera and Cucumber masks, even after trying a few others. They felt really refreshing and the best part of it is it fits nicely to my face structure. I felt comfortable with it on my face without feeling the need to adjust it every now and then, so that I will not be suffocated.
So anyway! I got this Moistful Collagen mask (Etude House) quite some time ago from a friend as a souvenir from Korea and I finally tried it after so many months!
Nice scent, and to be exact, it smells like the Lioele Sun Pact that I have. A sweet powdery smell. The bad part about it was the size of the holes of eyes and nose, I have problems aligning them correctly but it just seem like it did not work.
The results was… alright, I guess. I did not feel any much difference. No effects of moisturizing nor irritation. I won’t buy it, that’s for sure.
I do enjoy this Love More mask (Taiwan) actually and the envelop packaging is really cute too. :3
Light scent, not irritating to skin and it felt moisturizing and apt to tighten my skin.
Despite… well, as you can see, It fails in fitting to my face structure. It is unable to cover most of my eye area and it suffocates me due to the large area of mask on my philtrum (the depressed area below my nose and above my lips). -.-
Heh. Overall, the effects of the mask are good and I really like it but if I were to get mask sheets again… I would choose something to fit my face more (like the cucumber masks from TFS I have mentioned
).
Till then~
