Panasonic Eco Crafts Workshop!

Hey guys! If you remember from my previous post on Washing-thon, you would have known about Panasonic Eco Crafts Workshop last Saturday at City Square Mall.

The workshop’s agenda is pretty simple – reuse what we can’t use.

Things like old clothing could easily be remade into useful tools with a little creativity. Guess what have we made with all the old t-shirts?

All you need is a pair of scissors and fabric glue. You can also prepare some pretty accessories like lace or buttons for decorations but of course, for eco-friendly purposes, remember to dig out all the unused but pretty things in the cupboard instead of buying new ones. ^^

How to make a T-shirt Coaster?

1. Cut 3 strips from one of your unwanted t-shirts.

2. Braid them like how you would braid hair (it would be easier for girls but if you are a good papa who has a super cute daughter, I think you will be able to succeed in this. HEE!)

3. Remember to drop some fabric glue as and when you roll them up.

4. TA-DA~~~ AN ECO-FRIENDLY T-SHIRT COASTER IS DONE!

Still think you can’t do it? Oh please, even 5-year-old kids know how to do it.

 Busy busy busy~ Lalalala~

The kids are so cute when they are focused. :3

TA-DA~ My coaster that is in used. WAHAHAHA.

Oh, and we made a t-shirt bag and a sock sachet from old t-shirts and socks too! My sachet is too ugly so here’s a picture of my pretty bag only! STRIPS ARE AWESOME, JUST LIKE BEING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY IS AWESOME TOO!

#CGSG13 Bowling @ Orchid Bowl

Suppppppp everyone~~~~~~~ Have you been exercising these days? I do! *GRINS*

I know I have been lazy and full of excuses when it comes to sports but being able to play one of my favourite games, bowling, is definitely fun. Despite being horrible at it, the bloggers had fun that day at Orchid Bowl .

The amount of contestants ain’t a joke. From all areas of Singapore, these professionals played with confidence. Each team brought out their best to win the game, but of course… the main point is to have fun. The bloggers do look like noobs besides them, which is pretty funny because we were peeking over at the teams to see how they played in order to improve our skills. Apparently, monkey see monkey do doesn’t mean the monkeys know how to strike. :P

Bowling shoes and bowls provided. I wonder what does the bowling shoes do… what is the difference of these and normal sport shoes? Does anyone has an answer? Please leave a comment if you do. ^^
