はいはい！Once again, I get to have a chance to go for a Nuffnang blogger event! But this time round, the event is a little different from the usual movie screenings that Glitterati members usually have. This event is specially made for the loyal Nuffnang Glitterati members to be in the Glitterati Plus Club!
Specially hosted at Sinema @ Old School, which has a tonnes of local indie films that I would love to watch.
Celebrity bloggers like Esther Xie (the-miracle-season), Qiuting (bongqiuqiu) and Benjamin (Typicalben) were there to give the new members some blogging tips. Some of which I remember… are darn funny, especially from Qiu Qiu. Haha. She has this goofy sense of humor, I like.

If-you-want-to-be-famous Blogging tips:
Benjamin: Photoshop, photoshop, photoshop. Don’t care about what others say/criticize.
Qiuting: If you have big boobs then show lor, maybe that helps. And must learn photoshop.
Esther: 我很紧张 <- lol. kk, I was just joking about this line. Just find it damn cute for her to blurt out this on stage. Haha.
Saw a lot of familiar faces of famous bloggers and I even met SENGKANGBABIES in person! LOL! The two kids there that day were mad cute! Can’t wait to see the younger two next time! Uncle Andy was damn nice too! Too bad, they went rushing off to their reunion dinner and I didn’t manage to take any pictures. >.<” Oh wells, there’s always next time.

And there’s icebreaking games too! On top of that, my group also won the second for the games and we get to win a Starbucks card (I heard there’s $10 top up in it) and even have a group shot with Boss Ming (Nuffnang’s big boss)! Lol. By the way, Thiang (Vice-President of G+ Club) was also in my group. Man, super cool. She seems to be the friendly and nice girl-next-door! Like!

The event ended with Dr. Leslie Tay ‘s(ieat.ishoot.ipost) talk. Very entertaining and intriguing with lots of historical knowledge and food facts! I really enjoyed his talk and would probably get his book “The End of Char Kway Teow”! He even has a team of bloggers where they eat and shoot and post. Mad cool.
But what makes him and his team admirable is that they even organized trips to the poorer countries for volunteering work, which is really very attractive to me. Ideas of volunteering have been running in and out of my mind ever since I saw their pictures, it’s really time for me to get some stuffs done.

所以leh, I am an official member in G+! Woohoo! Can’t wait for all the events to come! *cross fingers that I can manage my time between the heavy school work and the events* Haha.

P/S: The Nuffnang staff that attended to us that day (I think she’s Elise, if I didn’t remember wrongly) was super nice to come to us with the forms even though we had it in our goodie bag! Thanks for attending to us! Really felt important. Haha.
